The catch on the door is terrible and I suspect will be one of the first things to go The spray arms are so wobbily in rotation it is almost impossible to test whether they will swing clear of the dishes The stand up racking in the lower basket regularly collapses of it's own free will - with or without dishes loaded - incredibly annoying Unless you load very carefully it is easy to do it in such a way that the door to the washer tablet compartment will not flip open - bu of course you won't know that until the cycle has finished!

INSTUCTIONS VERY COMPLICATED. HAD TO RAISE UPPER SHELF IN ORDER TO FIT ANYTHING IN THE BOTTOM OR ELSE SPRAY ARMS WOULDN'T GO ROUND. IN DOING THIS THEN HAD TO REMOVE CUP RACKS SO BASICALLY HAVING 2 UPPER SHELF HEIGHTS IS POINTLESS.

the holders/plastic supports are very poor in the top tray. Standing tall glasses in is difficult as they topple over because of the supports

Never had a dishwasher before, but this one is great. It has a 30 minute short wash which is more than adequate; everything comes out gleaming. Very easy to use and really quiet.

None that I can think of.

The machine gives and excellent wash, and the choice of cycles covers everything that I need. This machine is so quiet you may actually wonder if it is running at all.

The only one little niggle, is the colloapsing bottom rack. Whilst it is great the it collapses to take the larger pans. It is something of an artform loading so it does not collapse if you do not want it to. (A little hook or something to lock it in place would work just fine)

Looks nice, lots of programme types but still easy to use

Components inside are white and can get discoloured by food.

The noise level is very good - it is very quiet, and it cleans very well

IT CLEANS VERY WELL AND IS EXTREMELY QUITE.

The top[ shelf loading is very difficult. The space for glasses and cups is not laid out very well. It was advertised as a 12 place setting washer but I douobt that it would hold 12 place settings.

Quiet operation. Having a 'countdown' to know when the washing cycle will finish. Easy to use. Rinse aid/salt warning lights. Plates cone out dry & clean.

Top shelf could be re-designed to allow more effective use of the space.

top tray hopeless for even small cups so relly no use. would like to remove altogether but it wont come out. cutlery tray would not take any of our knives so we had to remove the top of this. very awkward.

30 min cycle is ueless - doesn't clean anything. Nowhere to safely put glasses. Really not impressed. Had a cheap make, slimline previously which washed much better. Shame on you Zanussi !! I did my homework and believed this to be a good dishwasher prior to buying. Should have done more homework !!

We like the Digital read out that tells u how long the wash time is,also lets u know when u need to refill salt and rinse aid. very good Machine.

Very quiet, after my last dishwasher, I keep checking to make sure this one is actually working. There are 5 different wash cycles you can choose from so there is plenty of choice, there is also a delay timer. I was amazed with the cleaning performance, in fact i read a review of this machine stating that its cleaning performance was poor. All I can say to that is "Learn how to stack the dishes correctly!" There is a fold down rack in the bottom drawer which allows more room for bigger pots & pans etc. I read some negative comments about that too, but so far i have had no problems with it. In general this is a brilliant dishwasher. I heartily recommend it.

The only slight negative comment i can make is that tall glasses dont sit too well in the top shelf. You can get them to sit, just pack them in.

I cannot fault this dishwasher . it has excllent cleaning ability even on 30 minute wash, its quiet and very easy to load with the glass holders and collapsable racking. highly reccomended.

This dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes and cutlery as well as my old Zanussi

everything comes out very clean at the moment and wash cycles are easy to select, also salt resovoir is easy to reach without having to stretch too much

do not like the top tray for loading too much, glasses tend to fall over (tall tumbler glasses) and cups tend to topple as well sometimes. there is a biggish gap at the back of the tray which smaller things tend to fall down. would have liked the option to put some cutlery in the basket and not just through slots in basket provided, eg potato peeler does not stand very well in slot.

36 minute quick wash is excellent for everyday use. Seems to hold a lot.

The shape of the top basket makes loading cups and glasses a bit of a balancing act.

loading facilities are hopeless. My previous dishwasher was a Zannusi and the basket arrangements were excellent for allmy needs. The new facilities do not take dishes well. cups / glass racks are not good. Also does not clean some dishes well enough.

Cup shelf absolutely useless, not wide enough for even the smallest cup. If you use this shelf for placing kitchen utensils thereon they are never cleaned properly, so I do not use this. Centre of top shelf not much use for anything. Side racks/shelving very difficult to balance mugs, glasses etc upon. My husband has given up trying to load machine and now just leaves this to me! Plate racks on lower shelf too close together for efficient cleaning. Wished I had checked out machine in-store before purchasing.

The clock alters the timing nearly every night. No two washes are the same time. Having had a Zanussi dishwasher for the last 18 years this new one is terrible for loading nowhere near as good as the old one. I bought this one on the understanding it was a low water usage. - for the cycles we use it isn't - very badly worded on the spec.

I only ever need to use the 30 minute cycle as this cleans perfectly well. It is much quieter than my last dishwasher. The cutlery basket is great as long as you take the lid off. Overall very quick and easy to use.

The upper shelves are not great for cups or glasses as they are too narrow and the lower shelves are also a bit shallow so it is hard to balance wide/deep bowls etc.

Price.

The wash tablet dispeser opens up onto the top shelf preventing it open enough to let tablet out. Have been onto Zanussi about this problem and was more or less told it was a problem with this model. Only advice was to use powder or long wash cycles. I am still going to get back to Zanussi because not satisfied with this comment.

I like that the dishwasher has a timer on it so can set for when convenient for me.

The trays are very poorly designed as my bowls and cups do not fit in the grooves so find I can not load it as efficiently as would like.

Loading trays are rubbish! I don't know what sort of dolls house they are designed for! The upper tray is useless for mugs because they fall over, or stack badly, and as for the strange plastic clips - they just get in the way. Cutlery basket ok, but no good for outsized objects like large knives, scissors. lack of room for large plates without them banging together! Want any more points.......

I have found that the dishwasher is very quiet

It is not very easy to load, especially the top rack as glasses etc don't fit into the spaces provided and the slots for the tea plates etc aren't deep enough and the plates and glasses move around when i shut the rack

Doesn't clean glasses very well, leaves that that milky look to them. The three in one detergent button does not work with mine.

There has not been a load where all of the dishes are completly clean. The dishwasher tablet does not always disolve.

30 minute cycle works efficiently although have found the addition of a rinse aid is necessary. Good cutlery container. Very quiet.

Rest of the cycles take an incredibly long time. Does not hold as many cups, glasses etc as my previous Zanussi due to the design of the top rack.

You can not load glasses very well on the top shelf... as soon as you push the shelf in the glasses fall over.. 1 or two have smashed.....( VERY ANNOYING)

Good choice of programs and temperatures. Cycle times are good, much quicker than our old machine. Cycle performance is as good as any other dishwasher i have had. The quick 30 min cycle is also very good performance, much better than our old one.

Top basket not the best design, you can't get two rows of glasses side by side. Still doesn't get burnt on stains off the roasting tray or casserole dish, but i haven't found a dishwasher able to do that yet!

It is very quiet

The top tray is very badly designed, it is very difficult to load and cups and mugs have to be wedged into place. The top tray also stops the tablet dispenser from working and required a technician to come to the house to bend parts of it out of the way so it would work.

Loading dishes - cups mugs glasses standard sizes do not stay upright and there is is lot less spaces than the model I purchased 13 years ago.
