Glyn, Widnes
Easy to programme and use.
Having slight problems with the lower basket which comes off the track (not always but quite often) when it's part or fully loaded and I'm pushing it back in !!! I've found that if I put downward pressure on the front of the basket as I'm pushing it back in it glides in OK. Not sure why it's doing it though, any advice would be welcome. Other than this I've very pleased with it.

Dishes are the cleanest we have had from any dishwasher (4 previous!)
The door cover caught on the base board of the units and we had to cut a piece out to accommodate it.

Very easy to operate. Fitting the integrated door was easy once you had found the relevant information in the pack.
Noise level improved once integrated door fitted.

Expensive simply because it is an integral model (they all are) What is so much more expensive to make?

Easy programming, quick, quite wash and dry at the moment
Duel cutlery tray does not balance and falls over when full. Space between shelves not tall enough to take a standard dinner plates. Cannot wash any size saucepan. Mugs fall over as the top shelf stand is not wide enough for them to stand on.

every thing seems ok at the moment
the detergent dispenser dosen't always open properly therefore the tablet dosen't disolve properly and you have to set the machine all over again.

Sarah, Bromley
good size to take a full family load; easy to operate
have found that some items don't clean 100% - maybe due to where they are positioned in the dish washer.

Easy to operate and well know Brand name.
Can't fit pasta dishes in, not very roomy, everything has to be placed on an angle, don't seem to be able to fit in as much with this model as with my previous cheap dishwasher, mind you, that didn't clean as well.

nothing extraordinary about this dishwasher but you get what you pay for i guess. cutlery baskets are flimsy & don't sit well. the drying is pretty much non exsistent. it washes well but if your dinner plates are slightly larger than average the top spray arm won't rotate as there's not enough height for it to go around.

It's a dishwasher, it washes dishes. If you try to wash dishes in a washing machine, they come out small and broken! Everything came out clean, which again is good, so thus far it has proved both the 'dish' part of it's name, and the 'washer' part. Not sure what else I can really say. Not sure what else you expect a washing machine to do for good points. It doesn't leak and that's good (my old one did, thus the new one). It has buttons and that's good, without them it wouldn't do anything. Not at all. It would have to be a guessing washing machine, and I think they cost a lot more. Oh, the price was good. It was cheaper than most. Oh, very good point is that it says 'SMEG' when I open it on the front and that still makes me smile. Every time! SMEG HEEEEED!
It's not free with a McDonald's big meal. It cost a lot more than one of those. Doesn't sit there saying "Take the dishes off the side, put them in me, and turn me on". Should do. Doesn't have a built in game. Maybe where you could zap the dirt off the dishes within a certain amount of time. That would be good I think.

Very easy to install, particularly the door frontage. Cleaning performance is excellant. I previously had a Whirlpool and the SMEG beats it hands down. Normal cycle is timed right and it's not too noisey either. I did do some research prior to purchase (Due to problems i had with my previous appliance) and i have to admit that it was worth the time and effort.
Appears slightly smaller inside and takes a bit of getting used to the way of loading, but eventually you find the best way. Found it weird that i have to tilt the top basket on different settings, so that it makes room down below for my dinner plates (Which are not too large), however once again it's something you get used to. I have bought it to clean and that's what it does, so i can't complain.

Looks good and is very quiet in operation. Cleans much better than my previous dishwaher (Diplomat).
When fitting, the adjustable feet did not go high enough to enable it to fit under the worktop. However, I was able to use the adjustable feet from the old dishwasher in order to make it fit.

as it is fully intergrated it fits in with kitchen
noisier than previous dishwasher and not very easy to load cups and glasses fall over.

Great fully integrated dishwasher from a leading quality manufacturer.
Cuttlery baskets appear a little flimsy, although they don't detract from the overall machine.

Matt, Berkhamsted
It's quiet for the price.
Fitting it wasn't made any easier by the fact that it came with a moulded plug. Why does an integrated appliance have a moulded plug when you have to feed the cable and pipes through drilled holes in cupboards. I had to cut the plug off, throw it away and buy a new one. Also the adjustable legs were difficult to turn and weren't long enough. If you switch it off before it's finished, it's not obvious how to reset the program (I think you have to choose a different wash).
