easy to clean, runs off a plug in socket so no need to hard wire, nice and easy to set up and the timer is handy, heats up fairly quickly and maintains heat so good cooking times. good value for money

the internal grill gets splashed with fat and smokes a little when heating up but soon clears.

A lovely looking oven but difficult to clean and shows every mark

Great looking, works well, easy to keep clean. Simple and easy to fit. Can be connected to 13a socket or wired directly.

Cooking times and temperatures need to be a little higher than those suggested in the manual but once you get used to it it's fine. Very small particles of food debris tend get inside the glass door panel and not easy to remove. Connecting power supply cable a bit fiddly when fitting direct to a junction box.

Cooker arrived with dent in fascia, and grill not operational, 4 visits by engineers to fix issues.

To be perfectly honest I cannot find anything bad about my new oven. It's simply ease to use and understand. Even cleaning is easy to do, just a wipe down whilst it is still warm.

Once purchased the good points are very few and far between, it can be plugged into a 13amp socket, it is stylish and modern looking, it has a timer/clock. The grill pan actually fits like a shelf, unlike many other other that the grill pan fits on a shelf.

The grill is only half width, so a busy mum for example would find it time consuming to toast 4 slices of bread as you have to keep turning them. The grill control is on same knob as the oven control and to use grill you have to go through all the oven tempreture settings, with the fan cutting on and off. No grease filter over fan. Knowing what I know now I would have looked for another product. My particular oven is in stainless steel but the model is available in a choice of colour.

The surround of our previous oven used to overheat in use and had discoloured the adjacent cabinets. This oven is designed to prevent this happening and works really well.

THE BAKING TRAY/GRILL PAN IS FAR TOO HEAVY.

Very quick to reach heat required. 2 Shelves is a bonus as many ovens today do not have this feature.Love the full width grill which acts as a further shelf when needed

Wish it had teflon easy clean back and. sides for easy cleaning. I love it!!

This product is quick to heat up and cooks evenly and there's no fuss with too many controls - there's just enough for what you need.

No 'bad' points particularly - would prefer it if the knobs were not made of plastic. As with any product, simpler instructions that actually correspond exactly with the product and used the correct symbols would be good!

I love my cooker but can't get the grill to work! I have read the instruction book but it is very basic and doesn't go into as much detail as I would like. Thanks!

Well its an oven so good points are that it cooks your dinner nicely and it fills what would be a bit of a large space in the kitchen.

It is a little noisey, but not prohibitively so.

I've only had it about a month, it's too early to tell whether it's any good. I mean it heats food up all right! Ask me again in 10 years time, if it's still running I'll recomend it.

Did not fit into the built in area of the kitchen as easy as we thought it should.

It was easy to install.

The manual states that the light turns on when it reaches the desired temperature, but actually it turns off. No child lock. It is somewhat complicated to use.

Instruction book on how to use the oven does not match up to the oven itself so have to make it up as you go along. Luckily its straight forward to use. Bit of trial and error for the first few times of using.

Bad door design of door,opening on the side would be better as when opening now the shot of hot air is very bad.Cant reset the time when you turn off the mains without having to re read the instruction booklet.the dials are not easy to judge what heat setting you have selected.

Reasonable Price

Poor quality, the white enamel finish is actually pale grey when compared to my white fitted kitchen, and the fan is very noisy. The rungs inside the oven do not clean up and do not compare with the quality of my original W
