+ No need to connect with wires - accepts various digital cards and will connect directly with camera. Separate ink cartridges - only replace the ones that are empty. Compatible cartridges are around £2.50 each. Excellent print quality. Prints A4 photos without any visible grain or lines. Now as cheap as £85 in places. Superb value for money. Easy to use controls and preview screen

+ Set up was very easy with clear on screen instructions. Even a technophobe like myself was able to get up and running quickly. The one down side was that I wasn't advised that it didn't come with a USB connector. Otherwise, everything has gone very well. Instructions for printing in different mediums, i.e. paper, CDs etc are very clear with "wizards" to help. Very well pleased with the RX585.

+ unlike some of the reviews i had read i found it quite straight forward and easy to install this printer. And compared to my previous printers it is relatively quite. The print quality is really good and far better than anything i've used before.

- Like most people i like value for money and the price of replacement ink catridges is very expensive. Also the printer while looking good is quite big and bulky and may not suit some people if space is at a premium.

- the only bad point i find is that the mark to line up the c.d tray could be a bit brighter as people with poor eyesight might find it a bit hard to see it

- when printing with either pictures of test on the bottom of the page, the paper folder and ink bleads over the page making the print look really messy like ink has been spilt.

+ Cracking price for an all round good bit of kit. Prints to CD's, Photo paper and most other media. Has built in scanner along with memory card slots and USB connectivity. Does it all. Even use as a Photocopier!

+ Magnification in copy mode - infinitely variable up to 400%. Extremely useful and the main reason I chose this machine. Print quality good and machine prints close to edges of paper.

- 6 ink cartridges needed, instead of 4. Ink cartridges are not compatible with my existing Epson copiers. Head cleaning will not work when any one of the cartridges is low on ink.

+ The item was purchased through your promotion in June. For an 'all in' copier, printer and scanner, it is the best this company has used (we have three of the same models) It is very good value for the money

+ It is pretty quick and the copier is excellent. I am finding the paper does not fit in easily but that may be because I have it under the desk, I will change the position and hope this will make a difference

+ It does everything that I want it to do, it scans, prints documents, it even prints my CD's perfectly. Get rid of your old scanner and printer, get one of these and get more desk space into the bargain.
