great little hoover extra long lead saves having to keep unpluging it as you hoover from room to room. fantastic suction neat and tidy hoover easy to use.

Excellent performance. At last a vacuum cleaner with a decent length mains lead. Don't know why I didn't get a Henry years ago.

It is very easy to use(good at getting around corners or obstacles) and has excellent suction.

It had no instructions so assembly was pretty difficult and not sure it will be that easy to replace the bags etc without these.

Design has NOT changed for a number of years.

Very powerful. Cleans right up to the edges. Tools very useful and the extra long cord is brilliant for upstairs/downstairs.

Don't waste your money on a Dyson .... these Henry's are the best. They are consistently used by cleaners in big business, hospitals and elsewhere. They last, they are perfect for home or office.

simple but works very well. designed to do a dirty job very well.easy to use .not fussy but very practicle.

Picks up well, both the unit and the head move across the floor well. Easy to rewind the cord, much better than any other I have used. Much longer cord than my previous cleaners. Less noisy than my previous Dyson too.

No bad points, the opening handles on either side protrude slightly and so catch a little when going round door frames etc., but something I soon got used to and avoided.

Really powerful, strong suction and lengthy hose for getting up the stairs. The hoover dust bags are easy to change as well. This is the best cleaner I have purchased and would strongly recommend.

It's light to carry. Its powerful I like the low setting.

Face scares the dog! Heavy to manouevre when used by frail person

Lovely product cant rate it higher yet because I am used to an upright cleaner so it takes some getting used to. However, it does the job well and is incredibly quiet compared to some cleaners I have had.

Perhaps I was just unlucky but the top tube doesnt fit properly it moves so I am wary that it may detached itself.

The bags are relatively cheap to purchase from most places. Its not too heavy - easy to pull around. Hose is long enough to get into most places. The attachments are good too. Its very durable and well built.

Every good thing they say about a Henry is true!! Maybe the years of struggling with an underperforming Dyson have made me appreciate the Henry all that bit more. I forgot what clean carpets looked like till I got the Henry!!!

very strong suction....low noise great if you have a baby who's petrified of hoovers!....child friendly face on front!.....long lead only need to plug in once instead of changing sckets half-way through!

appliance has larger than average handle so you need more storage space to put it away!....quite heavy when carrying upstairs/downstairs.

Funny face on body of machine makes it look like a toy. . . which it definitely is not !

my original henry lasted quite a few years and eventually died, i would not buy any other vacumn. the new design has 2 vacumn settings which mine never had before. this is an excellent option.
